Your Health and Physical Condition

Yoga, Ayurveda, Hypnotherapy and/or Tarot may include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. By participating in the services offered by Laurnie Wilson through SLW Co., LLC, you acknowledge and understand that you will receive information and instruction including verbal and physical adjustments about yoga and health. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in the services offered by Laurnie Wilson through SLW Co., LLC.

By participating in the services offered by Laurnie Wilson through SLW Co., LLC, you represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation. You are aware you may be physically adjusted during in-person sessions. You agree to take full responsibility for any risks, loss, claim, injury, damage or liability, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the program.

Yoga, Ayurveda, Hypnotherapy and/or Tarot are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga, Ayurveda, and Hypnotherapy are not recommended and may not be safe under certain medical conditions. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to participate in these services. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly agree to accept full responsibility and assume the risk for your use of or participation in any and all classes, activities, or appliance, of any nature, which is owned or operated by Laurnie Wilson. While engaging in any class or activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by Laurnie Wilson, you shall do so at your own risk, and hold Laurnie Wilson and SLW Co., LLC, forever harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by you. You specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laurnie Wilson and SLW Co., LLC as to any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability, sustained or incurred by participating in the classes, which is caused by an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise, of an employee, representative, or agent of Laurnie Wilson.

You, your heirs and legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Laurnie Wilson and SLW Co., LLC for any injury or death caused by your participation in the services rendered. Participation constitutes your full acceptance of this waiver.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are fully able and competent to enter into this agreement and conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this agreement, and to abide by and comply with this agreement.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments on this site are accepted through Stripe or PayPal. Payments for online classes, workshops and one-on-one sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Hypnotherapy packages are valid and must be used within the stated timeframe. SLW Co., LLC maintains a strict cancellation policy, which requires a 24-hour notice to prevent a session from being dropped from your package. Due to this policy, there are no refunds.

General

SLW Co., LLC reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement for any changes. Your use of this website and the services provided by SLW Co., LLC following any amendment of this agreement will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
